The 4 Lenses Discovery Workshop helps participants identify their temperament, personality traits, and the strengths and weaknesses of each temperament. It discusses thoughts and ideas with similar and opposite temperaments and helps improve communication and knowledge of other personalities. Individuals will have a better understanding of how others learn, think, and establish personal values. Manpower Briefing
