ROOM RESERVATION REQUEST

Ramstein Community Center and Annex has multi-purpose rooms for official function military use. Rooms are also available for reservation for private functions such as birthday parties & baby showers.

Bldg. 412 multi-purpose room can hold 250 people arranged in seated-theater style. Bldg. 411 multi-purpose room can hold 150 arranged in seated-theater style.

Rooms can be rented for $25.00 for the first 2 hours and $15.00 for each hour after. There is no fee for official functions, however all reservations are subject to a $25 refundable cleaning deposit.

Inflatable activities including a bouncy castle and super sumo set in both children and adult sizes are available for an additional cost.

Please Contact Ramstein Community Center at DSN 480-6600 – CIV 06371-47-6600 for potential room availability before submitting the room request form. All rooms are subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis. Confirmation of room availability does not guarantee the reservation.

Reservations are not confirmed until all payments (including refundable deposits for official functions) are paid. Room Reservations are only available for the current month and the next month. Reservations outside of that window will be asked to re-submit at the appropriate time.
