Once you have completed the customs forms/tracking numbers for your packages online, please come to our finance section and stand in the designated “Click-n-ship Express Line”. Customers in this line will have priority over those in the standard lines. Once called up to the window, the Finance technician will check your customs forms, ID, and tracking/shipping information to verify everything is correct. This is to alleviate the number of packages being returned to customers for errors in customs forms/tracking/shipping information.
