Each year, the KMC libraries host a reading challenge to encourage the community to read the whole summer long. This year we challenge everyone to read 190 minutes each week for 8 weeks -that equals 1,500 minutes of reading for the summer!

The squadron with the most logged reading minutes this summer will win a trophy AND bragging rights! Logging begins 9 June and ends 3 August. Remember to select your squadron from the drop-down menu when registering so your minutes will be counted. Updates of minute totals will be posted each week on the libraries’ Facebook page. Reading books, listening to books, studying for or attending classes, or joining in library events all count.
