GENERAL INFORMATION
Hours of Operation
All front desk operations are open 24/7 (except for the General Cannon Hotel). Please notify the guest services representative when making reservations if you will have family members and/or pets accompanying you so appropriate arrangements can be made. Family members not on official orders are considered space-available guests and are lodged IAW AFI AFI 34-135, Air Force Lodging Program.
Sundry Sales
A wide variety of sundry and amenity items are available for purchase at the front desk operations.
Electricity
The majority of our rooms have 220 volts, 50 cycle outlets. Plug adapters are NOT voltage converters.
Equipment that is not 220 volt compatible can be severely damaged when plugged into German electric receptacles.
Laundry Facilities
Washer/dryer facilities are free of charge for lodging guests.
Machines are located in each building. Laundry detergent is available for purchase at the front desk and in some laundry rooms.
